The aforementioned rabbit holes then got put in: (Apologies, it didn't occur to me to take pictures until after I'd placed the rabbit holes.) It was then time to add some lots, which show up as a lot of tags in EIG: I also tried to make them follow sensible paths - around hills and through valleys, rather than over hills. The idea is the roads disappear off into the hills. My biggest gripe with landlocked worlds is a lot of them don't seem to have routes in and out. when I took another look and realised I was done. It was strange, I was about to give up and come back later. It's not finished, I'll probably be adding some crop fields to the hills, but it's very near it and I'm quite happy. It was also my first real go at terrain painting. In-keeping with my new approach, I did this distance terrain differently to my usual method - instead of placing it and then trying to mould the land to it, I created a world of high rolling hills then placed the distance terrain (actually, two it's landlocked.) It's not perfect at the edges, but my camera non-routeable area stops players from being able to see that. but a plan nonetheless, and I've never actually sat down to really draw out a plan for a world so it was already progress on my usual method that always seems to end in disaster. It will blend together as one old-fashioned style farm, so all the buildings will be relevant, all the residents will be 'farm workers', etc - the farm is the world. It started with a thought, about how an entire world could be farm-themed. For now, even though Chesterfield has been in progress for quite some time and is progressing at a nice speed, it is very much a WIP. Now, Chesterfield Farm is a thriving community, but will recent arrivals from the city ruin the simple lifestyle that the longstanding residents hold so dear?
The game works fine with other mods but as soon as the NRAAS mods are added the game crashes and I'm really not sure what else I can do.Chesterfield: Amongst the fertile hills of Simshire, the Chester family built their farm up many years ago.
When I set up the NRAAS mod the package files go documents - electronic arts - sims 3 - mods - packagesĪs for the compressed files I've moved them around to different locations to see if where I was placing it was wrong and if this solved the issue, which it didn't I've put the files in just the documents, documents - electronic arts - sims 3 then added a differlent file inside the mods - packages for the package files for the NRAAS I've tried re-installing sims 3, removing and reinstalling the NRAAS mod. I've tried moving the other CC/mods out of the file to see if the NRAAS mod was conflicting with other mods but that didn't work I've tried moving the NRAAS mod to the overrides file which also didn't work.
I've downloaded the Sims 3 (Mr dj, complete collection) and I've also downloaded various CC and mods such kinky world and NRAAS (I downloaded the mod updater 11402) The problem is when I put the NRAAS mods into the mod folder - under packages in the mod file the game keeps crashing n says their was a problem.
